Our website refers to the website https://marketaroma.com/, owned and operated by STORM MEDIA TECHNOLOGY SRL, which provides information about our products and offers an online shopping platform.

User or Client refers to any person who accesses, visits, or uses our website, including those who make purchases or orders.

Products refer to all goods, items, and products available for purchase on the site, including but not limited to professional perfume diffusers, perfume refills, and stick air fresheners.

Account represents an account created by a user on our website, which can be used to place orders, track purchase history, and manage personal information.

Personal Data means any information regarding a User or Client, which allows their identification, including, but not limited to, name, email address, delivery address, and other information provided during the registration or ordering process.

5. ORDER

The Buyer can place orders by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart, then following the steps to select the payment method and enter the contact and delivery details. Adding a product to the shopping cart without completing the order does not result in registering an order and implicitly not automatically reserving the product.

After completion, the order details can be checked both in the attachment of the confirmation message and in the Order History section of the user account on our website.

By completing the order, the buyer agrees that all data provided, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete, and true.

To ensure the best conditions for delivery, when filling in the recipient’s data, make sure they are complete and correct. If you cannot provide us with the complete address or full name, please notify us by phone or email. We do not take responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by incomplete data.

ORDER PROCESSING

After registering the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Orders received by 10:00 are usually processed on the same day or the next working day. Although 90% of the products are always in stock, exceptionally, the delivery time may be extended.

6. DELIVERY

Storm Media Technology SRL dispatches your orders both through its own vehicles and through Sameday.

Product delivery covers a national area and, therefore, will be made anywhere in Romania within 2 – 4 days depending on the destination location. This time is calculated from the moment the payment method is agreed upon, and in the case of payment by Bank Transfer – from the moment of payment.

Transport cost:

-Free – for orders exceeding the value of 200 lei;
-20 lei – for orders under 200 lei;
-15 lei – for sample orders;
-Free at Easybox.
-The goods will be delivered directly to the address specified in the order.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Storm Media Technology SRL guarantees the integrity of the products ordered from the site during transport and until delivery. The products, where applicable, are accompanied by a warranty certificate. Depending on the products and suppliers, the supplier provides warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months.

Warranty coverage conditions

Information of interest and regulations regarding legal warranty: Government Ordinance 34/2014 and Law no. 449/2003.

8. RIGHT OF RETURN

According to Government Ordinance 34/2014 – regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that will be borne by the consumer are the direct expenses for returning the products.

For orders paid with a card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.

The products that are not eligible for return are:
-Disassembled products;
-Products whose original packaging is damaged;
-Products that have been used;

9. PRICES AND FEES

The products sold through our website https://marketaroma.com/ are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery. The availability of products presented on our website is updated in real-time, however, software errors or changes regarding product availability from the supplier may occur, so we reserve the right not to honor problematic orders. We will always try to resolve these situations amicably and beneficially for our customers.

The prices displayed include the applicable VAT.

Some products may have incorrect prices, erroneously displayed by our computer application. In these conditions, it is always considered that the final price, the price accepted by the customer in the discussions with the sales consultants, prevails.

Availability is displayed in real-time. Availability can change at any time during order processing.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery – pay the courier, who will issue a receipt.

Bank transfer – after receiving the order, you will receive the account number to make the advance payment. Upon delivery of the product, you will also receive a tax invoice.

Online payment with a card – you can make online payment with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2/CVC2 code) logos. No additional commission is charged for transactions.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

This exemption includes, but is not limited to: technical equipment malfunctions at https://marketaroma.com/, lack of internet connection, lack of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorised access to https://marketaroma.com/ systems, operating errors, as well as force majeure cases stipulated by the applicable legislation.

11. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Any conflicts arising between Storm Media Technology SRL and customers will be attempted to be resolved amicably through understanding between the two parties. Storm Media Technology SRL undertakes to refund the amounts received for returned products to the customer (individual), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of denunciation of the contract. If amicable conciliation is not possible, the provisions of Romanian law in this area will apply, and conflict resolution will be within the competence of Romanian courts.
