We want you to be happy with your Market Aroma purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange a product within 30 calendar days from the day you took physical possession of the product.
To initiate the return procedure, you can contact us by phone at 0747.209.219 or by email at
[email protected]. For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return. For cash on delivery orders, please provide us with a bank account for reimbursement.
Non-returnable products include:
- Unsealed products;
- Products whose original packaging is damaged;
- The products that were used.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
