Can I add water to the diffuser?

No. Our diffuser is designed to work exclusively with Meolle aromas, which are oil-based, not water-based. There is no need—and it's not recommended—to add water. Simply insert the aroma bottle and enjoy the scent.

If my power outlet is vertical, how can I use the diffuser?

The diffuser has a smart rotation system: you can rotate the part that plugs into the outlet, so the device stays upright whether the outlet is vertical or horizontal.

How do I connect the diffuser to the mobile app?

Download the Market Aroma app from the App Store / Google Play or click the following link https://www.marketaroma.com/download-app, create an account or log in using one of the available options, then connect the diffuser via Bluetooth.

Can the diffuser be set manually as well?

Yes, the Bloomi diffuser can be set both manually and through the app. For manual settings, you can choose one of three intensity levels and a 3- or 6-hour operating program. For customized settings, we recommend using the app.

Can the aroma leak if the diffuser is left tilted or accidentally dropped?

No, the diffuser is equipped with an anti-leak system that prevents any aroma from spilling, even if it is left tilted or accidentally dropped.
