No. Our diffuser is designed to work exclusively with Meolle aromas, which are oil-based, not water-based. There is no need—and it's not recommended—to add water. Simply insert the aroma bottle and enjoy the scent.
The diffuser has a smart rotation system: you can rotate the part that plugs into the outlet, so the device stays upright whether the outlet is vertical or horizontal.
